Why you need an experienced Designer!
I've been in the building design business for many years. More than the schooling, hundreds of projects for clients has taught me the following:
- the size of spaces needed for comfortable living
- the possibilities and limitations of placing cabinetry, how to fit them into your kitchen or bath space so that they function correctly
- I stay current with the variety of materials and products available
- where these materials are locally available
- who can best install them for your project

How does this work?
- Meet with you
- Show me your project. We'll talk about what you'd like done, and brainstorm ideas about the possibilities. I'll take necessary measurements and photographs to expedite the design process.
- Drawings
- At our next meeting, I'll show you plans and drawings to help you visualize your completed project. We will discuss the plans and make any changes necessary BEFORE starting the building process. I have many years experience in putting together design drawings for builders and product selection. These plans are the first critical step to creating a successful project that is both beautiful and cost-effective.
- Product Selections
- In your search for cabinets, appliances, countertops, etc, you can shop alone and advise me of your choices... or we can shop together... or I can do it all and present selections at our next meeting. The choice is always yours to make.
From here, your builder can take over... or I can help you further with product selections and management of your project.
